Thanks. Also, do you know whether the difference in the performance between say the d15s and Corsair H60 would outweigh the difference between using the better case (rl06)?

Nope, that's the issue. Even when I was getting BSODs, they weren't showing up as dumps.

Would that also cause no dumps to be produced? I have been using this PSU for around 5 years...Would that be long enough for it to wear out?

I did have CPU temperature issues a while ago, but it's been smooth sailing since.
