I built a PC for school but still have another desktop that my dad and I still plan to use, unfortunately there's no room for both and the one I built is bigger and won't fit in our desk anyways. It will have to go on the floor and under the desk there's a spot it can fit in but the room still...

Quick update: tried it on the TV, didn't work on that either. Again, it was just working fine 2 months ago :( I'm hoping the (used) s-video cable I bought is the problem because good camcorders are hard to find.

Turns out I needed an s-video cable, it works! Now I need to start finding out how I can back these up while they still work.

I got an old Yashica KX H3 8mm camcorder on the weekend, you can watch old tapes on it through the lens and the sound works but when hooked up to the TV the video isn't showing up. When first hooking it up the video displayed for a few seconds before fading out. It didn't work on an HDTV which...
