No windows on it no, whenever I try to run windows I can't get the installer to detect the drive. I've tried installing drivers for it although they might not have been the correct ones cause I had to check off the box saying look for outdated drives.

How would I go about doing that without being able to access the bios ?

Just built a new PC specs below, powering it on will turn on the fans and the RGBs but won't post. No beeps can be heard and I'm not really sure what to do. The q code that appears is 12 which means "pre cpu memory initializing is started" according to the manual, but I'm not sure what that...
