I tried with my friends DDR3 ram sticks which is CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB and had the exact same speed as you mentioned. But nothing was different. And nothing has been different since the start of this thread. I tried my friends pc and it has worse specs than mine but still boots in like 5-10 seconds.

I don't quite understand what you mean, but does it mean that I have to change my ram? I had this performance issue before on my last motherboard, processor and graphics card, but they're all changed now and the problem still persists after months and months of trying to fix it.

I want a fresh install of windows but I also have so much on my pc that I still need, and last time I reinstalled windows I lost all the appdata for my games and useful things so I really don't want to do that.

My motherboard is Asus Z87-Pro, and I have tried disconnecting all my drives except the main driver, I've also tried to replace the sata plugs. My bios is set to AHCI and I don't know about CMS or legacy.

I bought a new ssd and migrated my OS to it and it still boots really slow and still has those same problems. A 250gb Samsung SSD.
