I’am installing it off the AMD homepage

So I finally got around to clean installing windows and I'am now reinstalling my drivers. But iam having problems on the AMD SOFTWARE it says “Please wait while detecting hardware” and never loads do you know of a way to fix this?

I moved my old drive to the new system.

i7-4790K/ (4GHz) 16GB corsair vengeance ram Xfx rx 580 SC Antec EA-500 Green 500W ATX12V (the parts I replaced)

120GB SSD with windows 10 1TB

I just recently replaced some parts in my computer and it’s not going so well. When I play some of my games the FPS drops from 60 to 20 in a matter of minutes. It’s also constantly stuttering is there any way I can fix this???
