Well i found the cause i accidently disabled TokenBroker. When i enabled it the problem was gone.

It didn't work with a offline account either, so i tried to link my Microsoft Account since someone on youtube said i should do it if i did a hardware change. Making another account with admin privileges didn't work. Version 1709 (Build 16299.214)
