You're probably better off getting a 3570k and spending the savings on a better graphics card.

Those temperatures look fine, remember that you will never get below the ambient temperature of your room. I have to say, if you have high quality static pressure fans, a push pull config really isn't necessary as it won't move any more air over the fins.

If it ain't broke don't fix it is one of the worst mottos to have when it comes to PSUs, if it does break it could quite easily take out your whole system.

the i5 3570k is pretty much the same price on amazon, might as well go with the latest gen i5, just make sure the motherboard supports 3rd gen
