Question Can I use my existing Deepcool Castle 360 rgb v2, 360mm AIO with my new CPU ?

Hi all I have been using this to happily keep my current Ryzen 3800X cool for the past 3 years, but I received my Ryzen 9800X3D today so have all the bits for my transition to AM5. My question is, can i use my existing Deepcool Castle 360 rgb v2, 360mm AIO to cool the new CPU? Thanks

    Can't change Resolution

Hi I decided to give my aging htpc a boost and brought a 1030gt purely for the video decode benefits. I'm running Windows 10 pro 64 version fully updated. I have the latest Nvidia 388.0 drivers in display settings and Nvidia control panel 4k is reported as the native resolution. Now when I...

Gpu will not power up heip

Well after pulling my finger out and testing the 3 gpus in my gaming machine. I had 2 DOA gpus, I can't believe my luck there seems to be quality issues with the latest amd Rx 480/470 both sapphire by the way. Was convinced it was the motherboard as who'd imagine 2 brand new gpus to be faulty.

Gpu will not power up heip

Hi all I'm trying to put a mining Rig together in using an Asrock H81 Pro BTC R2.0 I've installed CPU 1 stick Ram and SSD drive all outside of the final case. So far so good I install windows 10 and boot using the igpu no problems. Now I plug in my Rx 480 to pci-e slot directly and my graphics...

    4k htpc build advice

Ok so I'm thinking Deskmini 110 Intel i5 7600s 2 X 4gig GSkill sodimm 500gb sandisk ssd Noctua NH-L9i low profile cooler Totals at roughly £600 Should get me a quiet very small media playing beast that should get me up to until 8k becomes the new standard.

    4k htpc build advice

Thanks for that mate, I am putting this together for a friend I've personally had my own nightmares with proprietary psu's in the past the shuttle xpc comes to mind here. Whilst this would be a hassle to me my buddy is rich as shit so replacing a power brick won't be to much of a burden to him...

    4k htpc build advice

Hi all, haven't built a htpc since 1080p was the top requirement I have been running an Amd Apu and it has been rock solid for years with 1080p content and hd audio serving my projector and TV through hdmi through my amp. Now I've been tasked with building a htpc for a friend who is about to go...

    Help with 4k build

Well I've been enjoying my new build it's an absolutely beastly machine, I've got it paired to a samsung 55" hu7500 4k tv and have been shocked at just how playable games are at 4k with one gtx 980. Anything above 60fps would be overkill and I can see where a bit more grunt would come in handy...

    Help with 4k build

I actually thought I'd ordered the psu you suggested but when my order arrived I realised I'd messed up and not ordered it. Luckily I have a p.c shop just up the road from me and it seemed like the best bet from there. I was shocked by the mobo going belly up but the new Asus board hasn't missed...
