So yeah it was the power supply issue, I bought the same computer and then swaped the power supply and now it works.

The power switch might be an issue. However I didn't say in the post, but the computer stopped turning on after I tried running OpenSolaris from a CD, the OS borked itself and didn't shut down after I pressed the power button (it tried to turn it off but then it threw up an error that it failed...

I have recently bought myself a retro PC, a Compaq Evo D510 SFF with a Pentium 4 and 2 gigs of RAM. It was working fine until recently, right now it won't turn on, even though the computer is plugged in and two LED-s that are on the motherboard are lit up. I can also hear very quiet buzzing...
