    No games are rendering correctly. Seems to be bad graphical stuttering. Cutscenes are choppy. Anti aliasing seems off. Began when I first got new GPU a 7850 HD, then installed windows 8.1. seemed to be a problem so I have upgraded everything. Still having the same issue now with a r9 280...
