Tried the HP drivers from there site. Says computer doesn't meet requirements. Plugged the OEM case card reader in on "USB3" while the Rosewill is plugged into "USB2" or "USB1" and it is working.

Still can't find the issue, but just upgraded to Windows 10. It still doesn't read cards, but the USB 2.0 ports work. Tried something out of the box! Left the Rosewill connected, plugged the OEM reader into USB3 on the board. Guess what, both work reading cards. It has to be something with...

I have a couple USB flash drives that have the U3 Launchpad on them. I have done some research on removing/uninstalling the U3 from them and keep coming up with I need Windows XP to do it. I have Windows 7 Pro, any input on removing the U3 with a Windows 7 system?
