Finally got mine to work. With an rma. Samsung guy who tested it couldn't get it to work either, so he changed the board inside the monitor. It recognized freesync the second I plugged it in to the computer.

S24F350FH, It's a 1080p 60hz monitor. It has a "standard freesync" and an "ultimate freesync" setting and I've tried with both, but the option on the (updated) Radeon software still says not supported. I use the cable that came with the monitor, but I've also tried a couple of amazonBasics...

Anybody managed to solve this problem? I've been battling it for months, Samsung is saying the rx series is not supported (Makes no sense, plenty of people use this monitor with an rx480 or lower), xfx (my card manufacter) has no clue what's wrong and stopped replying, and AMD told me I should...
