60-70c is good temp for gaming Gpu and for mother board it 45-55c 100+ bad temp for Gpu and 70c for mother board (load ) For ideal 30-40c is enough for gpu and for mother board 25-35c and ofcose it is bad if ur pc at idle and above idle temp chose the answer if I helped you

Why replacing Gpu heatshink even it cost similar to a new and better gpu than you gtx 650 ti boost !! !
