In majority of cases,it wont. It may bottleneck in CPU-Intensive games like Crysis 3,Battlefield MP,but these are CPU-Intensive even for high-end i7's. Straightway,No it wont bottleneck.

Just checked the sales package.It does include DVI to VGA Adapter.Glad. Also,I had a question that is a bit Off-Topic.I was just checking my MoBo webpage,and it stated that my Mobo does support DX11 with Ivy Bridge CPU's.So that support is for integrated graphics or for the graphics card?
