Yea i noticed while going lower than 1.0V - the performance did drop but from 1.1V to 1.02V the cinebench score increased and well it did hit occasional 4.1GHz compared to 1.1V baseline, scores also increased with 1.3V but temps increased by 5 degrees but at 1.02V my temps r better like down 1...

I see - i found that out the hard way (mentioned at end of post) - now im running at 1.0 V instead of default 1.1V at 67-69 degree in games where it hits 4025MHz occasionally - should i try little more ... in terms of tuning voltage down

Have you checked the Temps - u would like to see the temps that are forcing the cpu restrict itself to 0.37... also what what cooler r u usingg?, Check windows power plan POWER PLAN IMAGE, because i am running Win 10 on my intel laptop with latest update - and tbh yes it makes the reporting...

Yea its performing fine but as i said... the boosting behaviour just bugs me thats all, i do have a kingston A2000 NVMe (250GB) Boot drive .... check the link in the original post for all componenets

I have a Desktop 3500 - its a 3600 with SMT off sold for cheaper, better CLOCKS and performannce - my rated clocks r 4.1GHz single core but single core never crosses 3.9GHz, after that last undervolt it started occasionally touching 4.0GHz, PSU is a corsair CV550 temps r fine considering stock...

DP 1.4 - I doubt that's the issue (as u edited) - cz thats the highest spec supported for 30 series - no dp 2.0 - did u check ur frame time consistency graph, ummm also u mention a RTX 3080 but then go n mention GTX thru entire list.... Which one is it ... But i don't think it's a PSU issue -...

Yea i wanna upgrade but i don't have any performance issues - pc runs without bottlenecks gaming and video editing (i do some editing yes) so no complaints there with r5 3500 n 2070 super pairing but it just bugs me that it's not running at its rated speed ... And is basically only a 200 points...
