I unchecked the fast startup option in power options & the hangup is now gone

When I start my Win10 PC it hangs after posting to a flashing underscore_. If I then press the restart button on my PC it will boot normally. How can I avoid this hangup?

MB,mem,HDD & case are about 6mo. old. The rest of the components are from other PCs. I cleaned my PC 3 or 4 weeks ago. I swapped the power supply from another working PC & the same thing happened.
