Finally I bought Rust, and boy was I happy. I started the game and boom, fps drops everywhere. The drops seem to happen everytime I do something suddenly, like turning sharply, or doing functions. I also noticed that it also drops when i'm not doing much. I don't think it has anything to do...

Personally I wouldn't, even though the Intel is better than the AMD by a mediocre amount. The Intel is more of a power saver, so your battery will last longer and it's also more powerful. In conclusion, even though the Intel is better, I don't think it's better enough to be $170 more.
