    Low Performance after Repair

Your gpu is most likely throttling.

Tried to install incompatible CPU, old CPU won't work?

Clock speed wouldn't deem it unusable, although it may run pretty hot (make sure you've got a good cpu cooler.)

Very tight budget CSGO dekstop build. Can you rate and advice

Try this. Dual-Core with hyperthreading will serve you better in gaming and overall use than an OC'ed 2C/2T processor, such as the g3258. Also fit the 1050ti in there, as 7xx cards arent nearly as fast as 10xx. I changed the case (save you money) and took out the optical drive, as you can flash...

    Low Performance after Repair

One thing you can use to view the performance values of your computer compared to other computers with the same specifications as yours is UserBenchMark. Try that out and see which components are performing sub-optimally.

Tried to install incompatible CPU, old CPU won't work?

That phenom infact should be compatible, as the ASRock motherboard does support AM3. However for the computer not working now, that could be many things. You may have to find out how to reset the CMOS with a jumper.

PCIE Slot crunch/grinding Noise when plugging in graphics card

I had the same problem when I built my PC, and 3 years later, still no issues with it. This is typical due to the manufacturing process that the PCI headers are made with, not all of them are perfect. As long as you don't break something off or strip something, you should be good.

Graphics card gets artifact and restarts while updating driver

What's the complete error you get? There should be something called a stop code, typically 0x0000000 or something like that.

Intel HD Graphics 4000 in HP EliteBook 8470p not working with Dell U3014t monitor

Well, your graphics DO support that resolution. But, it could be the monitor itself, or maybe even the cable. Try a different device with that monitor and report back.

Graphics are going in a Gateway with Embedded Graphics. Need new card, Need suggestions :)

I'd say the 1050Ti from NVidia. You COULD fit a 1060 in, but your power supply probably doesn't have a PCI-E power connector thats needed, plus you would be close to the wattage limit. The 1050 Ti doesn't require a power connector.

Computer won't start with graphics card plugged in

Well this is a tricky one. But i'm up for a challenge! Do you have another pc to try the GPU in? Also, is there a symbol next to that blinking light? If so, describe it, if its the power logo, or disk logo.

Well, your computer does accept an external gpu. The question is, how many watts is your psu? Either look on the side of the PSU, or let me know the model of the desktop pc itself.
