Im having a similar problem with my Mobo right now im trying to see what the issue is Ive emailed the manufacture and sent out a couple forms to see if anyone has an Idea. I don't think its the power though.

Yeah theres no water block for this card ill just hold off untill an upgrade comes out and sell these cards. No biggie my two 7970 OC GHZ edition cards are beasts with out them being over clocked anyway so ehhh.

its a non reference card its factory overclocked I don't think these will fit the card though its a 1.1 card not a 1.0 card.
