Looks like that might have been the trick after doing a clean install of my graphics drivers it seems to have stopped forcing my PC to shut off.

The PSU is brand new just got it this month, I'm on windows 10 home with the 21H2 update OS build 19044.1682. My Bios is the MSI click Bios 5. I have not tried using DDU and will give that a try.
