I just had the some problem with a GTX 960, go to Task Manager( Ctrl+Shift+Esc) go to the processes, find the on which is using the most percent(%) of your CPU,right-click on it,go to the folder,then you End the process and then you delete the .exe file.It should be a virus/malware file...
