    Thanks, I've seen people just set them on top of the vrms if they are on a test bench but I wondered if the fan would move around.

    For me short motherboard standoffs were sent and that has solved my issue. I hope that Fractal helped you as well? Cheers.

    Thanks for the answer, I currently have a ticket with Fractal and they are working with me to figure this out. The board fits fine in a Coolermaster case. Will let you know.

    I have had a similar experience with a fractal design XL r2 and a gigabyte board. It fits very poorly with the I/O shield, they different ASUS board would not fit at all with its shield. I have emailed fractal design for help, did you find a solution? Thanks!!
