What should the temperature of my EVGA GTX 1070 Founders be around. It's currently at 70-75C at load and the cpu is at 42-45C.

Just booted up my first setup for the first time and i noticed that the cpu stock cooler sounds absurd and way too much. So i went into the bios and checked the cpu cooler RPM wich is at 4350. Compared to the case fans wich run at 2200-2300. The cpu fan is allways at the same nomatter in a game...

Im wondering if i should get an GTX 970 with Factory OC along with my old Intel i7 2600 or get the GTX 1070 on the day it releases. Is it worth the extra 100 dollars there charing for the GTX 1070 or should a just get a really good GTX 970. Thanks
