Hello i have an i7 2600 3.4Ghz cpu which idles at around 29-32C and on load goes up to 55-60C
is this normal?

GPU: EVGA GTX 1070 Founders
Motherboard: H61m-DGS R 2.0

Just booted up my first setup for the first time and i noticed that the cpu stock cooler sounds absurd and way too much. So i went into the bios and checked the cpu cooler RPM wich is at 4350. Compared to the case fans wich run at 2200-2300. The cpu fan is allways at the same nomatter in a game...
Im wondering if i should get an GTX 970 with Factory OC along with my old Intel i7 2600 or get the GTX 1070 on the day it releases. Is it worth the extra 100 dollars there charing for the GTX 1070 or should a just get a really good GTX 970.
