Sounds good! I am ruling out Hardware problems since you are having no issues with other games. Your GPU is not wanting to kick into its full potential for Fortnite. Sounds software related.

DJ, try uninstall the drivers completely from your PC. Restart and reinstall the latest drivers. It sounds like your GPU is not wanting to Boost for that game. Let me know how that works.
