Yeah, I saw the same review before buying. I figured if I can get it at such a steep discount then I can live with a little ghosting until I can save up for a more high end monitor. Or it might not bother me at all and I'll keep it for years. We'll see when it arrives.

Update: I found an MSI MAG 274UPF for $250. 4k and 144mhz. I figure that's good enough for an upgrade from my current 4k 60mhz until I can save up money for a higher end monitor, assuming I'm not completely satisfied with the 274UPF.

Well something I did helped. I'm getting 1440 at a stable 70fps with everything HQ.

updated my bios and windows and turned off gpu hardware scheduling. I checked my ram and now it says it's only 2133 MT/s in the task manager when before it said 3200. Did something change in the bios and should I go back in to fix that?

Yes, I seem to be gathering that *something* in my system is dramatically underperforming what it should be doing.

So I checked the settings first under windows 11 and it said it was on performance. I went into the control panel and it told me it was on balanced. I've changed it to AMD Ryzen High Performance there. Monitor says 60 hertz.

Apparently the power options in the control panel disagrees with the settings.

No AIO leaks, thankfully. How likely is it that the cpu is damaged and that's what's causing the difficulty with 60fps? I'm storing my games on my 1TB WD SSD.
