The fan curve is adjustable via the BIOS. It can be turned off at lower temperatures.

Both readings in HWInfo show 94C steady after 30 min of full load (fold@home). The CPU happily works just as steady at 3,9GHz - all cores. For a few seconds package temp in HWMonitor goes over 102C without any CPU throtling.
