Drockinwv is actually, uh, wrong. There is absolutely nothing wrong with corsair fans (the AF and SP series), except the stock fans that come with their coolers are not SP or AF, they are shitty and loud as he says, but the corsair fans you buy separately are nice and quiet.

Have a look at a GTX 750Ti or if you are willing to spend a bit more a GTX 760. The advantage of Nvidia cards is they have a tendency to run cooler and use less power in comparison to the AMD cards.
