I use Teamviewer. It is very well known. I run a computer support business and use it for remote support. I have to pay, but it is free for personal use.

I have been hearing all about folding at home for years now, and I have never contribued. I think it is time to participate. I have a 3.85GHz core i7 950 and a 5870, so I should be able to get a decent amount of folding done.
The trick is not to be nervous. If you are not confident then make a note of how many connections are made with your old power supply and match it up with the one you have installed. That way you will know if you have missed one.
The worst part that I find is the 24-pin motherboard connection...
