Well, I've found the solution myself, the underscaling option is for each resolution and frequency, you have to set it to 0 on all combinations in order to not get black bars in any of them.

I have an HDMI issue with lower than 1080p rezolutions. The scaling thing is already set to 0 so 1080p looks as it should but if I want to play a game at 1280x720 for example I get black bars ALL AROUND, which is nasty. I've tried GPU scaling (which doesn't seem to work anymore for some...
