Voltage is too high, make sure your bios is updated to latest version and if it is not solving the problem then try and set the cpu voltage to 1.275 and test. if the system crashed then increase it to 1.3v .

You need a better cooler as stock cooler is total junk. 87c is very high for a CPU. The other reason for degradation I think due to spectre and Meltdown (security vulnerabilities) story which effects Intel CPUs specially old ones like yours.

It seems your graphics card is the culprit. I remember I had a similar issue few years back and I found it's the GPU. I replaced it and it worked. Find another graphics card and try booting windows.
