There is a Corsair h80 refurbished for £40 would this be good or are the temps close between other coolers that are cheaper?

The titles says it all really, apart from the fact I am looking for a cooler under £45. Would something like the CM hyper 212 evo be ok for an overclock of 4.2ghz and at full load would i be getting 75C or under? Thank you for your help

No, i did mean the z75 as the difference between the two is minor and the mother board is compatable with everything i want to do. But thank you for the help with the PSU's i wil probably go for the antec :D
