wait there's still a problem. whenever I shut it down it cannot turn back on again (when I press the power button nothing happens) I have to switch off the psu and turn it back on, then I can press the power button. this is so weird. is there a problem with my psu?

solved. turns out that the BIOS crashed. rolled back and good to go now
