So I moved to a Hisense 65" and had exactly the same problem. The only thing left to try was possibly another HDMI lead. I know mine did the 50" at 4K 60hz on this pc setup. It did the one bush QLED at 4K at 30hz but no higher too. So I next dayed a 8K lead from scamazon. BOOM : Problem solved...

4k 60hz minimum on a 65" screen. pc spec is easily capable as it worked on a digihome 50" but 10th gen 64gb ram 1650super. As I say, it all worked fine on the 50" but the best I got on the 65" inchers was 4k 30hz on the bush fire 65 tv

Had a 50" digihome for 18 months, no problem on my system. AO sold me a TCL but it wouldn't do 4K at all. Refunded. Argos Bush Fire 65 would only do 4K at 30hz. exchanged for Bush QLED 65 same as TCL, no 4K at all. For each tv, I have tried a lot of things, been around pc builds since pentium...

Problem unsolved. I'm not sure what happened but now I still have 4K but at 30hz, no higher. I am also at random times losing signal and having to power off the tv to then switch it on again to get it back.

Problem solved. Had to perform a simple reinstall of current nvidia driver, run as sys admin, custom install and tick the CLEAN INSTALL. I now have 4K desktop resolution.
