Found the fix regarding my problem. Delete NVIDIA Corporation from Program Files and Program Filex (x86) then run the set as Admin.

The only issue that I currently found is that I cannot update the driver using Windows Update. NVIDIA driver update for NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti - Error 0x80070002 I'm still downloading the diver manually and will try to see if this will work.
