Subsequent test: 309.96 down, 341.9 up. This is in line with speeds I was getting like a year back on this machine, before I downloaded the fatal update. As I recall, upload speeds were always in the ballpark but a little faster than downloads. Removing works!

The problem persists. Ethernet: 309.95 down, 2.99 up, ping 6. With wifi I get the reverse: 1.96 down, 38.41 up. Does anyone have any ideas? Full specs posted above.

Anyone? I'm still getting 310 down/2.7 up. The funnest part is that this is relatively new; I was getting very reasonable speeds on upload before (in the same ballpark as download).
