    Mouse/Keyboard disabled in Windows 7 Install

    The mouse and keyboard work in BIOS. It is only when we get to the windows 7 install screen. When it asks for a language and keyboard setting, the mouse and keyboard turn off. I have tried USB 2.0 ports, but nothing seems to work. Motherboard/BIOS: ASrock AB350M
