Thanks guys, didn't need to mess with the CMOS. Did the unplug and hold down power button for 30s and it booted right up. Not sure what the issue was.

I went to use my PC this morning and came across a problem where it would not wake up from sleep mode. I tried to power off the machine but holding down the power button does nothing either. Even when I pull the power from my surge protector and then plug it back in the pc does not visually...
