I'm no expert but here is a link to a guide for overclocking your specific model CPU. Unfortunately if you look in the FAQ the author says if your temps are too high there's not much you can do short of buying a better cooler. :(...
You could go up on your vcore 0.05 and that would probably solve the problem of BSOD. Unfortunately that might increase your temps to unsafe levels as you're already a little borderline. I would either decrease the overclock or go with a more effective cooling solution.
