I already purchased 14700K.

Purchased Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 EVO - it slashed my GPU temps by 20C easily. At full loads it rarely reaching 85C. Lower 30 to mid 40C when idle. As long as it stay below 90C i'm happy.

Nice, thanks for this detailed reply man. I guess i'm still a month or two into upgrading, so i will probably wait and see the 10th gen CPUs, if it's workable i'll probably go for it, otherwise i guess i will go for i9-9900K and later on upgrade my GPU as well.
