Alright, thanks guys! I'm running all of the sticks 1 by 1 through memtest86. Then I'll put a known good set of ram in the system. If they still come up bad in memtest86 I'll know it's the memory controller.

I no longer use Windows update's as I have proven that it indeed does slow down my computer systems, and also conflicts with other applications I use. That being said, I am getting tired of buying multiple monitor task-bar programs. Can someone point me in the direction of the windows update...
