    Windows 8.1 Installation media problems

    I've downloaded the windows 8.1 installation media tool. The problem is when i click ISO File and tried saving into my desktop, it shows the next page "Download did not complete succesfully" The parameter is incorrect. please help, i am sure my system is compatible
