GPU Z is tracking temps all the time. You can see average max and min if for month it was average 82 max 84 (1450 rpm) during night and 75 is during day (and i place it to 2200 rpm when i woke up for job) i don't believe anything unusual would happen that would rise temp for more than few C also...
