Tried it, rocket league is playable, but cs2 isnt

Brand new laptop is so bad, tried playing cs2 it has like 15fps, rocket league barely works. Never owned a laptop before is there some thing i need to do to set it up? I did switch gpu in bios and it helped only in windows...
