I have solved my problem. It seems my fan was screwed on too tight and when I losened it the dimm slots worked again :D. Luckily I didn't listen to the pp, responding to both my posts and decided to keep digging or I would of wasted some money.

Is there any way I can test the motherboard ram slots to make sure that it's them before I try to get a new one ( I don't have the money to get a new motherboard)

So I think I know what's causing this but I'm makei a thread just in case. I am having some ram problems and while testing the ram I noticed both sticks only work on my 1st and second slot but not the third and forth which I need to run in dual channel

And yes the 2 and 4 slot. I said A2 and B2 because that is how it is listed on my motherboard

The speeds of both ram are exactly the same in fact both ram in general are the exact same it's just that they are different colors.
