    DX11 GPU has backward compatibility of DX10, DX9, DX8, etc. You might need to install DX11 on your system.

    Try to reduce the resolution of your game (say 720x480), if you get 60fps then processor is not your bottleneck. The load on your processor does not change much when you change screen resolution. In my system the cpu is the bottleneck(ish). If I pick a frame in bf3 then the fps does not change...

    Overclock that cpu, I overclocked mine to 3.7GHz and did not go further only because I wanted to keep memory at 1033MHz (increased cpu base frequency to 172 and decreased memory multiplier to 6x)?
