Fixed. Flashed the BIOS and it no longer has the issue

Any recent solutions to this issue? My PC is running well with 2 RAM sticks. After shutdown PC won’t boot. It does restart, just won’t come on after a hard shutdown. Lights and fans turn on, but doesn’t boot to OS so I have to hard shutdown l. If I remove a RAM stick, I can get the PC to boot...
