I have another hdd, should I just install windows on my usb flash drive and just proceed with that one hard drive. As for the other ssd, which has the Windows installation, would it be best if I just copied the saved files I have on that one on my laptop and just format it completely?

I don't see any unusual LEDs that I haven't previously seen, just the normal red light that flashes and then remains on is the only light that I see on the motherboard.

The only way I was able to enter the BIOS was by disconnecting the ssd. Although, when I tried rebooting and then reconnecting the ssd when the pc was off I was only able to go into the BIOS. Another thing to note, in the boot sequence tab, the only available drive listed was "Windows Boot...
