Just went to Best Buy, bought another Mobo, the MSI Gaming Plus Z390. Plugged everything back in and still having the same problem.

No my V-Sync was not on

Ok so i have been playing bf4 with about 70-120 fps on ultra then after getting new mobo drivers i was getting 30- 60 fps. So i went back to my old drivers and i still get 30-60 fps. Pc Specs Gpu: Msi Gtx 780 Cpu: Intel i5 2330 Psu: Coolmax 700w 80 plus gold certified Mobo: Asus P8h77-m
