If my CPU or GPU were to be over heating, would I not receive an error?

My GPU temps, during gaming, were always 82-84c. My CPU temps ranged from around 70-80 degrees.

Correction, I have a cx750m Corsair PSU. I have checked temps of my GPU, they are always stable temps while playing. Havent seen any over heating.

I recent just built my first PC. When I try to play any type of games with it I have an issue where my monitors will go black (no mouseinput/pointer) my Keyboard and Mouse RGB lights will flicker off then back on, the sounds that come out of my headphones will have a buzzing effect, I the lights...

I am having the same issues as you, just bought this GPU and hoping not to return it. When it does allow me to play games, it plays very well. Great GPU just very stupid issues. Seen many post online and nothing helps me. I hope you can get an answer!

By any chance, do you have RBG or any type of lighting on your keyboard and mouse? if so when this black screen happens do the lights on your peripherals flicker off then back on again?
