Update: Got the new PSU, set it up and ... still the same problem. The only way it powers up is by the 20 pin put into the adapter, 4 pin into the 20+4 pin motherboard. I'm assuming by now that's the only way this setup gets power is through an adapter. Now the main issue is still no hdmi...
